I have had no problems with my bigpond email until I synced it up to an iPad air.
I tried adding the XXX@bigpond.net.au email account through the Outlook option (as instructed on the bigpond website) but it wouldn't allow it. Said ''unable to verify account information'. Okay, so I instead went through Other. All installed just fine, bigpond email started coming and going from the ipad with no problem.
But on my desktop outlook, another story.
Instead the 'recieving'' was stalling.
Said:
"Receiving' reported error (0x8004210E) : 'Your mailbox is temporarily unavailable because another e-mail message is being delivered to it or another mail application is accessing it. The server responded: -ERR [IN-USE] account is locked by another session or for maintenance, try again.'
When I delete the email account from the ipad, the message dissapears and the desktop version on my computer is working fine, no 'recieving' message.
Obviously, I want to be able to send and recieve my primary bigpond account from both my desktop and my iPad.
Any suggestions?
