Having a major issue with Outlook 16 not able to connect to my additional email account. It will connect to my primary account email and my second email but not my third email. keeps coming up with this error
"Log onto incoming mail server (POP3): Your e-mail server rejected your login. Verify your user name and password for this account in Account Settings. The server responded: -ERR invalid user name or password".
It says it can not connect, however when i open outlook i can send emails but can not recieve emails.
Password has not changed in past 5 years and i can still add this additional email to all my portable devices with no issues using my apple products.
got a new toshiba laptop and urgently need to get emails... please help.
