Usual steps are
- Open email application
- Add account and enter your username and password.
- Your account should be automatically setup.
Or just go to www.telstra.com/email to access your mail in a browser.

Windows 10 comes with an inbuilt mail application. If you are using that then
1. Click on settings icon then manage accounts then add account
2. Select Other Account and then put in your details.
