Incoming emails going to spam/junk folder

hi crowd

i am being spammed by an 'unknown' email address on my android phone.  I log into my Telstra Webmail (outlook.com) and can see these emails listed under Junk.

I want to stop it going to my phone considering computer says it is junk, how do I acheive this goal.
