Is webmail experiencing issues?
Yesterday my email stopped working and my phone kept prompting me to put my password in. When I went on-line it appears that my account has been suspended without notice.
So, I've been on-hold to try and get my webmail sorted but the technical support number took me to the billing department and the guy couldn't reset it. (ummm we need to send password resets to you email). Then it was reset to my current password, which doesn't work still. But did remind me I had a bill due next month (nice!).
I had to hang up, I have to go and pick my children up - no time to be on hold for an hour.
