What you can try is:

  1. Visit the migration portal. https://emailupdate.telstra.com
  2. Press Logout.
  3. Enter your username (email address) and the password you use to login to the email.

See if that works.

 

As you suspect, I bet your email is associated to another account ID. Also be aware that if you signed up with a different email to Telstra Crowd, then it will also show the "You do not have any mailbox service" as it is technically a Telstra account.

 


In answer to your questions:

 

1) Yes if I login to MyAccount with that e-mail address, and click on Webmail, I get to the mailbox corresponding to the e-mail address I logged in with.

 

2) The e-mail address and password when logging into MyAccount are the same as if I log directly into WebMail or access the mailbox via an e-mail program, etc.

 

3) The steps you provided for the migration portal do not help.
