Called 132200 as you suggested and spoke to them, they had no idea what I was talking about, tried updating my contact email address instead. What a waste of time!
They said they are Level 2 Assurance mobile team but had no idea what to do and even what I was talking about. It takes every time about 10-15 minutes to explain to them what I want, then they start calling someone and looking online and in the end after 30-60 minutes it all ends saying they do not know what to do!
Pitiful telstra!
Can someone please help sort this out? Should not be too hard?
Both simple services are with Telstra! Just link them please!
P.s. It used to work fine with the previous Telstra mobile number!
