I use bigpond webmail and then download the mail via Windows Live Mail. Judging by the amount of spam mail I'm receving and returned to sender mail which is over 400,it appears that other parties are using my mail in ways I'd rather that they not do.
Would there be a way I could stop this from happening,as having to download 400 mails each day,most of which
are irrelevant is something I'd like to stop,as I'd prefer not to close the mailbox at this time,as that would be a major hassle to do so. Receving this number of spam mails daily also eats up my limit rather quickly.
I do need to be able to use the account for my own mail as well.
