Well, I delete all unwanted emails, my email client was set to remove all emails from server. I had to set that, obviously as if not they are continually delivered everytime I log on. When I was totally finished I would delete them from my deleted mails box usually couple times a week.
Outlook 2000, could not be configured even by Telstra tech assist, Outlook 2003 could not be configured again no help from Telstra tech assist. Problem was with SSL TSL not being seen correctly. I used Eudora for a while, until it could not deal with large emails. So went back to Outlook and Thunderbird, occasionally getting mail via Telstra website. As of couple days ago I have gone back to the darkside and am using Outlook 2013 and have not finished configuring... However after seeing what occurred I am not sure what I will do.
