I just logged into my Telstra Mail account and I have no difficulties clicking on the links in emails.
I suspect that there is a setting or configuration on both computers that is preventing the links from becoming clickable. There is an option within some email programs to disable the option of clicking on links.
Are you managing your emails via an email program or are you accessing them directly from webmail? Have you tried testing this by logging in an a different computer or tablet/smart phone?
