Hi Nick, why not? At this stage Ive got very little to lose. here's the escalation number TT1-619609867727. But dont expect me to go through everything again. The amount of times ive done this either over the phone or on live chat it should all be in the notes on the account, multiple times. What i would ask is if its as easy as Sean 65 says above, please try and rectify that way. and for god's sake can saopmeone tell me why this happened, where it's up to and when it will be rectified? I don't want to hear "it's with the right people and they are working hard on it" again. just fix it!!
