My three email addresses were moved to Telstra mail on 6 July, 2016. I received this advice via a series of emails sent to the email address associated with my ADSL Broadband account. The final email is titled "Great news, Telstra Mail is just a few steps away", which indicated that the move to Telstra Mail was successful.
So I am perpelxed as to why yesterday I received an email to one of the three email accounts, not the main ADSL account, that the one email address will be moved on 15 August.
Was the move of this one account not successful? What will happen to my other accounts?
