I asked Telstra if I could block more than 100 spammers,
if they would raise, or completely remove, the limit,
and they urgently send a technician on a 2 hour drive to my rural address,
and he didn't have a clue.
Plus, it was not a problem at my end, but a restriction in their server based website software.
It's Telstra WebMail.
As well as that they started inundating me with phone calls and SMS's to see if the technican was able to fix my phone,
which was not broken, and didn't have problem anyway.
