If you are able to log into webmail and the POP3 settings are correct then I would advise contacting our Tech Support team and request a password change. It could be that there is a misalignment in the system and getting it changed by the Tech Team should fix this. Once you can confirm that it works with both web mail and outlook 2013 then you can log into your account and change it to something that you prefer.
