The .net.au are the older ones, one they had pretty much filled all the .net.au addresses they started offering .com addresses and they are now the standard for all bigpond addresses.
I don't think they have had new .net.au addresses for about 3-5 years now... it has certainly been awhile since they started using .com as the standard.
But that being said, they work the same and have the same principles![Smiley Happy]( "Smiley Happy")
