Hi I am sorry I did not do the right thing as I am a 2nd time user,I can usually work this out by myself.the thing is not all my emails come up with the message but it is going to happen on a important message.I have been in touch with the server big pond,they took a long time and reset the lot but it came back,the a lady remotely did setting through my laptop it lasted 3days then it went back.Did I mention this problem is on my iPad.Thanks for getting back to me .
