Not sure if this is the correct place to post, so please direct me appropriately if required.
I manage a mail server, and I'm getting bounces of the likes of
"(host ipxano.tcif.telstra.com.au[203.35.82.200] refused to talk to me: 554 ipxano.tcif.telstra.com.au)"
That is it. That's the entire bounce message, with little detail as to why my MTA is being refused.
Can anyone shed any light? I've checked all known spam and filter lists, at least the ones I know of that allow you to check, including SpamHaus. I'm not listed. And the fact it's just "refused to talk to me", tells me that my IP is likely on some secret list that others are not privey to.
Is there some way to find out why this message is being rejected? Or am I just going to have to hold out, and hope it doesn't keep happening.
Thanks for any assistance
