My email services have not been working since the 23rd of December when I performed a password change, I immedietly contacted tech support and the problem couldnt be solved, and to this day after many many wasted hours on the phone to numerous operators, two formal complaints to telstra and a complaint to the ombudsman it still isn't solved. I cant access webmail ( but can log into my account) I can't send or recieve emails from any of my personal or business email addresses. I have been a long term telstra customer for atleast 17 years. and have had my primary email address this entire time, it is a .net.au address which I'm told is on the "old server" and thats where the problem lies....I'm beginning to wonder if it will ever be resolved, its a massive inconvenience to me, my business and mine and my childrens study is all suffering. I'm also told that this is a widespread problem affecting many users, but I havent been able to find anyone else with the same issue. can anyone offer any input?
