Is anyone else still experiencing resdual problems with emails not downloading?
My emails work fine on my W10 PC and my Windows phone. However they were appearing very late, or often not at all, in the Outlook app on my iPad.
I've contacted MS who confirm that my email settings are correct. (Anyway, if they weren't then I wouldn't be receiving any incoming messages). Just to be sure, I've deleted and re-created the mail account but that didn't help.
To try and track things down, I've gone back to using the standard mail app which is part of iOS, and everything works fine there too. Normally I'd be 100% sure that the problem lay with the iPad's Outlook mail app, but given the dismal events of the past few weeks, I'm more suspicious of the Telstra mail system.
Can anyone shed any light on this?
