My Email has been compromised for the third time in as many months, I cannot ring 13 22 00 and wait for an hour to speak with someone in a foreign country who I cannot decipher what they are trying to say, It would be great to speak to an Australian with an Australian accent so that I could understand what they are talking about, I believe this to be a bug in the telstra system, I am an it professional and have done all tests to ensure my system is secure, so then the advise given by some tech's is so monotonous, belittling, and totally inappropriate, they assume we are all stupid!, going by what I have read on the net I am not alone, many others have complained about this very topic, as I said i am not going to ring that number and talk to a computer, I want this suspension lifted immediately!, I am paying through the nose for a service that I do not have access to.
