Is anybody else having problems with multiple idential e-mails?
I have two computers connected via a telstra cable modem router. Both use a bigpond.net.au address and both are set up so e-mails stay on the server for 2 weeks.
I also have my mobile set to recieve the e-mails.
Up until two weeks ago all was well. THEN I started receiving up to 6 identical e-mails on ne computer and none on the other.
Entirely random. Some are singular and then the next few can be duplicates. They may or may not come in together but have an identical time stamp. The phone gets maybe one a day.
Telstra support confirmed my settings and tell me it was being investigated by the level 2 team and I would hear with in 3-5 business days. Of course that was 8 business days ago. A follow up call to Telstra was a waste of my time.
We are not permitted to send e-mails to telstra but I have screen grabs over the days and sent off a complaint a few minutes ago.
I received 2 copies of the registration of the complaint.
I would loveto hear from anyone who may be able to help
