Did you change the description during setup to something other then 'outlook'(which I think is the default description)? If one account already has that description that may be what is blocking it

Thanks I just did that and yay!! It worked Then when I went back and looked my emails disappeared. So I deleted that account and redid it. It verified all ok but no emails. I'm really going crazy!!
