Telstra if I dont have a response within two hours I am reporting you to the ombudsman.

My compnay website has been showing as account suspended for almost a week. I can not get anyone at Telstra Bigpond to reply to my emails, your staff are unable to assist when I call, in general your service is appaling and I want this resolved in two hours or I am reporting you to the ombudsman and taking my business account elsewhere.
