I have previously asked the question of my " telstra.com" accounts that I've had since the "Telstra Easymail" migration days. I have been on the phone so many times over the years and got no where, as they don't know about the email accounts and say they can't exist. Recently I tried again, and someone actually worked out that the emails do actually exist, (after I sent them an email) which aren't linked to any accounts, and they said they would ring me back. Well amazingly they did ring back, and they said the email addresses would remain. I asked for that in writing, they said yes they would email me, well that never happened and they haven't rung back.
