Hi - I moved to Bigpond from another ISP about 2 weeks ago. Have not had email for those 2 weeks. I was told that my email port has not been activated. Phone support doesn't seem to know how to rectify the situation. I have been upgraded to level 2 on a couple of occasions ???? Don't know what this means, appears to mean nothing from my experience so far. They give you a big reference number that no one is interested in hearing when you call back to see what is going on. The link that they sms to my phone that is supposed to link me back to someone who knows about the problem is a hoax. Always have to go through the whole procedure again, then get put on hold while "we do the paperwork to upgrade you to level 2" Then nothing.

Does anybody know if there is a way to get past level 2, so that I can get some action on this?
