Are the mobile and broadband service under the same account?
If so, then yes, you will continue to receive emails.
Emails are tied to the account. You do not need to have a broadband service to have an email, but you do require a paid service on the account for the email to remain active. That is, if you leave Telstra (broadband and mobile service) then your email accounts will be terminated.
