Why does telstra tell us that they are changing everything regarding our email and then suggest that if we want to keep the email that I have had for years throufgh their service I have to log on and jump through all of their hoops if I want to keep it ( of course for an extra cost) Why cannot it be that we keep it unless we want to opt out?
Of course when you go to ther site and log on there are no promps to follow at all and no matter what we try on this sire it is too obscure to follow at all then we have to spend hours ringing some underpaid fool in pakistan who cannot understand what we are even asking.
Whatever happened to service ????????????????
