Hi AnnaMcG,
To start with, can I get you to check the following:
- Sign into Telstra Mail on the web client and see if there are actually multiple copies of the same email on the server
- Next, check your Forwarding rules (please check this on other mail accounts you have as well as you may have a loop set up),
- Check your the email program (is it Outlook?) as it's possible that there are multiples accounts set up using the same email address, which will be downloading the email multiple times.
