i am also having this problem cant get email through outlook any more keeps asking for password when i do it still not getting anything i can get email on my phone and tablet no access to webmail at all on anything need to get email on desktop so i can print when is this going to be fixed am expecting important emails its been over a week now had no problems previous to the change over some one was going to call me but have heard nothing, not happy jan. its not easy for older people to sort this out we need some help
