So far after 5 complaints, 7-8 calls from support still no access to my email. I was informed that I needed level 2 technical support by my case manager today 13/09/2011. Threatened legal action and demanded compensation. The amount of compensation I demandedwas agreed to but not paid until email was once againoperational. It would appear that Telstra are up the creek without a paddle.
So far my computers have been accessed by Telstra support on no less than 5 occassion and the sessions lasted at least 20 minutes, without success.
I now have two case managers and if technical support are unable to remedy the problem I guess the next step is breach of contract action with the Ombudsman, i will not be popular, but, I am paying for a service that is non functionable.
