I am working to block these emails so hopefully you should seem to relief from these in the coming week.

Looks like I've had an incidence of the dreaded lost emails from the inbox and Telstra have been spot on with their service (i.e. we cant help you and best of luck).
Before I swap over to gmail did anyone get a fix on their lost emails (either old ones reinstated or workout the underlying issue to prevent it from happening again?) I'm on imap and it happened when I logged into my outlook. Was impressed at how quickly the inbox emptied out!

I haven't had any for a few days now so maybe your efforts to block them are paying off.
I have 58 entries in "Organise inbox" to try to stop the most common (to me) spam and I block at least 10 per day. I have also had many emails apparently from me - yes coming supposedly from my email address. Of course I can't "Block sender" but I can use "Organise inbox" to at least delete them when they arrive.
It would be good if Telstra could do something about all this spam. It would also be good if there was some follow to those we "Mark as Spam" but from what I understand there isn't.

I've moved overseas and now my telstra mail/bigpond will not send via iphone or mac mail program. gets stuck in outbox, rejected by server.
Any help on outgoing mail settings?

It's odd that you're not on the new platform, as all mailboxes should have been migrated by now. I'd recommend contacting our technical support team and ask them to escalate this so your inbox can be manually migrated to the new Telstra Mail platform.
In the meantime please check the following settings, as these are the correct settings for the Mail.Bigpond server:

Same thing has happened to us. We are trying to run a business and have hundreds of dollars worth of reports missing! Called technical support but it was useless really. Telstra/bigpond will be getting billed for the re-testing we need to do!

Have you tried logging in using a different browser? Like Firefox or Chrome?
Can you let me know the exact error message you get when trying to use Outlook to access your email?
