I would recommend not worrying about LiveChat and calling 132200 and say "Disconnect" and speak to the disconnection team (between 9am and 9pm) as they are specialised team based in Adelaide who deal with that sort of enquiry.

But that being said,

My understanding is that you can retain the email for 12 months at no cost but after 12 months there is an annual retention fee.

Easiest way to keep the mobile numbers is to have the moved to Pre-Paid on the long life option.

The Home Phone number can be put on number retention which will retain the number for you so that you can get it again when you come back.

But if you call the number above and speak to that team they will help you out.
