When I was migrated to the relaunched Telstra email service, I found that email wouldn't load on my Apple iMac's, Chrome or Firefox browsers; only Safari. Tech Support's answer was to 'only use Safari'. Then suddenly Firefox and Chrome became operable, however I am still experiencing very slow loading and refresh. I also have no ability to keyword search email history.
I find it amazing that I am experiencing such fundamental email problems, when Telstra for many years provided seemless email services before outsourcing email to Hotmail and Microsoft.
