I have completed the migration as requested by Telstra and i can receive email on my laptop, phone and webmail but my calendar, contacts will no sync with my laptop anymore (outlook).
On my IPhone i had to setup three accounts one for email, calendar, and contacts. This worked but there is no information on how to get your calendar and contacts syncing from MS Office on the laptop with your big pond account.
I used to have all devices in sync but know i have upgraded it does not appear i can sync with Outlook. Any ideas on this issue?
I have spoken with Telstra support for 2.5 hours and they are completing missing the point.
