I also have had no emails - but since August 15th. My account was suspended due to amount of suspicious spam coming in - immediately following the changeover from POP to IMAP. After 2.5 weeks apparently my account has been fixed however I have been through a password change, and an online assistance from the Platinum team, which has changed settings. They say its fixed and emails are downloading BUT I am not getting any of them.
I can send but not receive. After two and a half weeks I am at my wits end. I just can't spend hours and hours on live chat trying to fix this. Grrrrrrrr. If anyone has a solution I would love to hear it.
