For some reason my bigpond email account was disconnected on the 31st of August. I have just had it reconnected but the person I spoke to via 24x7 chat doesn't know how to fix my next problem.
I'm hoping someone on here has an idea how to retrieve the emails sent to me between 31/8-3/9 because he recommended I call Technical Support and I've already wasted 3 hours just getting the account reconnected and don't really want to spend another few hours of my weekend on the phone!
