There is a problem with the web interface of the new Telstra Mail. Not all settings can be configured from an iPhone or iPad's web browser.
On a PC, when you click on settings, and then Mail, there is a drop down list of various subcategories. However, on an iOS device's web browser, there is no drop down list, and instead, various subcategories are displayed on the right hand pane with the settings in each subcategory. However not all subcategories are displayed, e.g. you cannot manage e-mail forwarding.
Could you please fix this. You should be able to use and configure Telstra Mail regardless of which browser you use or device you access it from.
I am using the Safari browser on iOS 10.1.1 on an iPad and iPhone.
